For teams building with AI coding agents

Vibe, then deploy.

Learning to use AI agents to build good, reliable software doesn’t have to be hard. We simplify the process and show you how it works, step by step.

Move as fast as your agents can type — without losing the thread of what you actually set out to build. Done means done.

The problem

Vibe coding is fast. Losing the thread is faster.

An agent will happily build whatever is in front of it. Stories get marked done, requirements quietly go unmet, and nobody notices until someone re-reads the original brief — weeks later.

How it works

1 · Describe it

Start with a paragraph about what you are building. It is kept word for word — the yardstick everything is checked against later.

2 · Break it down

The work becomes initiatives (outcomes), arcs (chunks) and stories (pieces someone can finish), each with acceptance criteria.

3 · Hand it to your agent

One click copies a story brief — the project, where the story fits, its criteria — straight into Claude Code, Cursor or any chat.

4 · Check it, honestly

Criteria get ticked as they are proven. Try to move a story to Done with one unticked and you are fined one credit.

5 · Done means done

When every criterion is met, the story is Done, the arc follows, and the requirement it serves counts as satisfied.

What it helps with

Structure your agents can follow, and proof you can trust.

Keep the thread

Every project starts from a brief kept word for word. Initiatives, arcs and stories always trace back to it, so drift is visible.

Brief your agent properly

Each story carries the project context, where it fits and exactly what “done” means. Paste it in, or download it into your repo.

Ship what was asked

Acceptance criteria gate the Done column. Containers follow their stories, so an arc can never be “done” over unfinished work.

What we are trying to do

Make building with AI feel less like vibes and more like shipping.

AI agents are good at producing work and bad at deciding what is worth producing. We give every piece of work something above it to be accountable to — and keep a person in charge of saying it is finished.
